Weight loss can be a complicated subject especially when you focus on one area of the body that you’d like to give extra attention to, not that you want to neglect the other areas but they aren’t as important.. In my case it’s the stomach, and maybe for you it’s the same. I know there are many women out there with the same dilemna – perfect BMI, great all over except for the stubborn belly fat that just refuses to shift.
No one wants to feel ashamed of their body and embarrassed to wear revealing clothes because they’re too concerned about the lumps and bumps showing. Love handles are a pain but as I have found out through trial and error losing belly fat isn’t all that hard when you have a good eating plan and most important of all you have a good attitude to food. If you hate the idea of giving up processed food (and that includes bread) then you’re going to struggle…
I have found (from experience) that attitude to food is much much more important then the amount of sit-ups you do or the amount of jogging you do. Here is a fact that most people overlook when they try to lose belly fat- when you lose weight you lose weight ALL OVER, not just in the legs or on the face but EVERYWHERE. Sorry if that sounds patronising but there’s a lot of gimmicks out there trying to sell you stuff that you really don’t need. Sure, our genetics determine our body shape but it does not mean those who have the genes for the apple shape are doomed to having a flabby stomach.
One ad that’s pretty hard to miss (if you’ve been looking for a solution to lose belly fat) is the ad for the flex belt. Don’t get caught up in the hype, I have not personally used it so can’t tell you whether it’s any good or not but I can tell you that I wouldn’t bother wasting your money (Your choice however) People who think this is the magic pill to losing belly fat whilst eating pies and cakes just don’t get it. It’s not the easy way out, but many times innovators of the next weight loss product want you to believe there is an easy way out….
If only life were that easy we could get abs and be a couch potato. It just isn’t that easy…. once healthy eating habits have been adopted, it can be decided whether or not more work (stomach exercises) need to be done to firm up the abs…
